The Animals

Meet Indy and Allie: Grand Lake's Mascots!

Indy was born at the amphitheater on the 4th of July 2000, therefore his name "Independence" or Indy for short. Later his mom was traded for a baby girl camel. Her name is "Alliyah" meaning "return to Israel". And everyone just calls her Allie. The two are inseparable as they have grown up together. Raised on the bottle, they mistakenly think at times that they are human and need to know everyone's business. Prior to the show they love to give camel rides and afterwards they just hangout at the sound booth so everyone can have a chance to kiss a star!
